With comprehensive experience as an entrepreneur, managing director, and consultant, I bring years of expertise to every transaction. I have been a partner at m+a expert since the beginning and have guided numerous company sales and acquisitions across a wide range of industries. My work is cross-sector, with a historical focus on construction, skilled trades, metalworking, mechanical engineering, and information technology.
Before working as an M&A consultant, I successfully managed my own companies as a sole shareholder and managing director, which I founded or acquired and subsequently sold. My professional experience also includes serving as Chief M&A Officer for a medium-sized software group and working as a long-term corporate and management consultant.
You might also be interested to know: I hold a degree in economics and an MBA. The Hamburg Regional Court has appointed me as an honorary commercial judge to advise and support the presiding judge in commercial civil proceedings with my many years of business expertise.
